Bicycle Mechanic

HILITE-Bikes builds and sells high-quality, individually assembled custom bicycles in Basel. We are looking for an experienced bicycle mechanic for new bike assembly and workshop work, immediately or by arrangement, and offer a versatile and varied job.

Responsibilities:

• New bike assembly
• Repairs
• Sales
• Procurement of spare parts required for continuous operation
• General workshop tasks

Our Requirements:

• Completed vocational training as a bicycle mechanic and/or at least 5 years of practical professional experience in a similar position
• Strong technical understanding and manual skills, high level of quality awareness
• Sales flair and avid cycling enthusiast
• Fluent German and English skills are an advantage
• Precise working methods, sense of order
• Reliability and flexibility
• Openness, strong teamwork and communication skills
• Independent and solution-oriented approach
